Is this just a photography and marketing service?
No. Professional photographs, a floor plan and a listing description are only part of the process. We draw on practical experience in property sales to help you position your home in the market, plan the sale, stay organised and make important decisions along the way.
Can I sell the property myself?
Yes. Elevare Homes is designed to help you sell your property yourself with professional support. You remain the seller and make the decisions. We help you prepare for sale and provide the level of support you choose.
How is Elevare Homes different from an estate agent?
An estate agent typically takes on the sales process and charges commission based on the sale price. Elevare Homes helps owners prepare their property, plan the sale and get the support they need for a clear, fixed price.
Do I need to sign an exclusive agency agreement?
No. Elevare Homes is not a traditional estate agency service, so you do not commit to handing your sale over to an agent. You decide how involved you want to be and how much support you need.
What is the difference between STANDARD and PREMIUM?
STANDARD gives you a professional start to selling your property yourself. We prepare the property for the market and set out a clear approach: we assess the property and your circumstances, provide recommendations, prepare it for presentation, and supply professional photographs, a floor plan, listing descriptions, a preliminary sale and purchase agreement template and step-by-step sales guidance.
PREMIUM includes everything in STANDARD, plus support from a property expert who handles buyer enquiries and communication, arranges viewings, reviews documents and negotiates on your behalf, helping you through to completion and the handover of the keys.
Can I upgrade from STANDARD to PREMIUM later?
Yes. If you start with STANDARD and later decide you would like more support with the sale, you can upgrade to PREMIUM by paying only the difference in price.
What happens if I find a buyer myself?
It is your sale, and you remain in control of the process and the final decisions. Elevare Homes helps you get your property ready for sale. With PREMIUM, we also oversee the sales process from finding a buyer through to completion and handing over the keys.
Can viewings take place without the owner present?
Yes. With PREMIUM, we can organise and conduct viewings without the owner present. We can also screen buyer enquiries, speak to prospective buyers and arrange for calls to be forwarded to the Elevare Homes team at no additional charge.
Do you only work in Vilnius and Kaunas?
No. We work with properties in cities and regions across Lithuania. We assess each situation individually, so please get in touch to discuss your property’s location, your needs and the support we can provide.
Do you only help with apartment and house sales?
We work with a range of properties, including apartments, houses, townhouses, land and other property types.
Our experience also allows us to help with other aspects of buying, selling and letting, beyond preparing a property for sale or rent. This can include finding a property to buy, reviewing documents, preparing for a purchase or sale, and answering questions about your particular property.
